Frontline Sales Representative Position:
The Front-Line Sales Representative speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
All other duties as assigned
General Statement – Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to travel Road Shows
- Shift: Weekends and holidays are required
