You know the restaurant business. You’ve managed a staff before. You know how to deliver quality service and serve up a good meal. But what if you were given the opportunity to lead – not only a restaurant – but a family-style dining experience born from one of the most iconic cooking brands in the business?

We’re a BIG business, doing BIG sales, and this is a BIG responsibility, but an even bigger opportunity . If you’re up for the challenge, we want to meet you.

ADVANCEMENT

LOOKING FOR GROWTH? Our careers are made fresh daily!

Many of our managers started their careers as hourly team members, moving their way up to management and are now in charge of the success of multiple locations! We are a growing company, continuing to open new concepts tied to major brands with big personalities.

EXPECTATIONS

What do we have in store for you? A dynamic, fast paced environment with a detailed training program, solid work-life balance, highly competitive salary and benefit package and more.

Here’s what we want you to bring to the table:

  • The ability to know the way, show the way and go the way. This means not just managing, but walking the walk and talking the talk to represent the unmatched Southern standards of the Paula Deen brand.
  • An ownership mentality and pride in everything you do, approaching each decision with purpose, persistence and passion to inspire top-notch performance from the ground up.
  • An understanding that a restaurant’s livelihood rests on the shoulders of quality employees. This means finding, developing and retaining the best talent for the job.
  • A commitment to the culture of our restaurant. We want our culture to reflect the Southern hospitality and humble beginnings that started Paula Deen’s career.
  • Front of House? Back of House? Retail? There are a lot of players in the game. This means you’ll have to communicate with decisiveness, organization and most importantly – respect.
  • A commitment to motivate by example. When Paula walks into one of her restaurants, she’s not afraid to run food to a table or flip a hoecake on the grill. Great managers lead by example, doing whatever it takes to get the job done. All hands on deck!
  • Ability to think on your feet. A sink overflows, the register glitches, someone calls out. Things happen, and your staff is looking to you to know what to do. A quick fix may be required, but the best managers develop long term solutions to anchor potential problems before they go overboard.

BOTTOM LINE

We want you to create a restaurant experience that YOU are proud of. An experience that’s worthy of your momma bragging to all her friends and hanging your picture on the fridge. Up for the challenge? We want to talk to you. Apply today!
