Tuxen Business Development Seeks Traveling Sales Associate

Position Description:

We are looking for an authentic individual with a positive team attitude, who loves to travel and is driven to sell value and profitability to our key partners, customers and clients. This position would fill our company’s need for an outside sales representative, traveling two weeks a month on average, maintaining our current sales channel partner relationships and adding new ones along the way. The individual would work closely with our inside sales team, marketing department, and senior management team at Tuxen. Primary responsibilities and goals would be to grow overall sales for the company through increasing sales of our key partners, develop relationships and grow sales of new partners,

Job Elements:

  • Maintain a high level of product awareness and commercial opportunities among our partners
  • Proactively communicate with partners and industry contacts to promote brand awareness
  • Seek to increase sales revenue throughout the year and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Coordinate with inside sales on strategy, partner relations, and activities
  • Ensure that sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads and prospects
  • Attendance of industry trade shows through the year
  • Coordinate with Marketing department regarding market and partner business trends
  • Manage in and out of office time and travel within expense budget
  • Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  •  Average travel: 2 weeks every month
